Every Mooi Beauty order is packed and dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa.
Delivery rates
- Standard door-to-door courier: R90
- Free delivery on all orders over R400
The exact charge is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days nationwide. Outlying and rural areas can take an extra 1 to 2 working days.
Tracking
We ship with Bob Go. As soon as your parcel leaves us you will get a tracking link by email. If nothing has arrived within two business days of ordering, email support@mooibeauty.co.za and we will chase it.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to physical street addresses in South Africa only. We cannot deliver to post boxes.
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied to us. If your order has not yet been dispatched, message us with your order number and we will correct it before it goes out.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver, they will try to reach you on the number you gave at checkout. Undeliverable parcels come back to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery fee may apply.
Delays caused by weather, load shedding, strike action or anything else outside our control are not something we can guarantee against, but we will always help you trace a late parcel.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier and make it right.
International delivery
We currently ship within South Africa only.
